The Senior Manager, Business Continuity and Crisis Management, will provide leadership, vision, strategic development, management, governance and continual direction of all aspects of the T-Mobile Business Continuity (BC) and Crisis Management (CM) programs. Business Continuity and Crisis Management operate in a centralized program design with decentralized implementation. This position needs to ensure a positive and mutually beneficial program to the lines of business. Responsible for building and maintaining crisis recovery playbooks to support event scenarios that will effectively support the Sales Channel on a national level. This will include risk assessments, mitigation, Business Impact Analysis, coaching departments in the creation and updating of their BC Plans, and conducting formal exercises for both BC and CM. The Senior Manager negotiates time and gains commitment from business functions to ensure resources are available for all required BC and CM activities. This position will be available for travel in support of crisis events, supporting relief and recovery efforts in impacted areas.
