Vendors You are Invited to Participate

2019 WSEMA Annual Conference, A State of Opportunity: Emergency Management Leading the Way in Washington State, provides vendors with opportunities to showcase their products and services at our annual conference, which is attended by approximately 150 people.

Please join us for the 2019 WSEMA Annual Conference at breathtakingly beautiful Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, Washington. The main conference starts on Tuesday, September 17 and concludes on Thursday, September 19, 2019. 

  • Commercial Booth Space is $750* for one person
  • Government Entities/Non-Profit Booth Space $400*
  • Additional person(s) from same agency in your booth $100*
  • Banquet is $40 additional, Tuesday night, September 17

*Includes conference registration for one person and meals, excluding the banquet (BBQ). It also includes * foot skirted table, power, and Wi-Fi. Please plan on bringing any power extension cords that you require. An outdoor static display may also be available upon request.  

In addition to the booth space described above, there are additional conference sponsorship opportunities in three levels: 

  • Gold $1,500
  • Silver $1,000
  • Bronze $500
